Getting you moving!

Here at Osteopath in Suffolk, we strive to get you moving healthily and comfortably, as quickly, and as sustainably as we possibly can.

But this can all sound like buzz words, and false promises, especially when you’re suffering and desperate to get back to your full health, can’t it?

Well, we wanted to do some research to help us substantiate our claims.

We have recently conducted an audit of our clinic system which helps us pull appointment data from all of our client visits over the past 18 months.

So what did we learn?

Here at Osteopath in Suffolk, we resolve patients’ complaints within an average of 3.9 visits.

This is compared to the national average of visits to an osteopath across the UK of 7 appointments*

So how is it that Gee & Jim resolve concerns in half the number of visits of their fellow professionals?

One word - EMPOWERMENT!

If you follow us on our social channels, you’ll see that we often speak about how our consultations can involve some aspects that you may not expect. Things such as discussing your lifestyle, your health in general, taking some general health readings and analyses, and discussing ongoing self-management practices and resources.

The reason we spend so much time talking about the things that you need to know and do for yourself, is that we know that, by asking you to engage in exercises or lifestyle changes, we will hopefully HALVE the number of visits you need to help improve your condition substantially.

From exercises, to simple lifestyle changes designed to enhance your health, helpful resources such as videos, podcasts or books - we are your partner for improved health - and this doesn’t always revolve around hands-on treatment - our support is designed to help you manage your own health and symptoms with our support, and whilst we endeavour to maintain our 3.9 visit average, our support is always here - whenever you need it.

If you’re struggling with pain and would like to discuss how we may be able to help, book an appointment and we’ll always be happy to help!
